Description
AC7010 is a low cost Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC SOM, equipped with all essential functions including DDR3 memory, QSPI Flash, JTAG, Gigabit Ethernet, USB UART, USB HOST, USB OTG and SD Card. Three 40-pin expansion ports exposing 94 PL IO and 8 PS MIO. Dual Powered by both USB or Carrier board, AC7010 can be used standalone or with your application specific carrier board.
If you need a bare-minimum SOM with much smaller size and height, check out our AC7Z010. Or the AC7015B, sit in between of the above two, size and feature wise.
