Description
AC7015B is a versatile SOM with Cost-Optimized Industrial Grade Xilinx Zynq-7000 XC7Z015-2CLG485I SoC, equipped with 1GB DDR3 Memory, 8GB EMMC Flash, 256Mbit QSPI Flash, 3x Clock sources and USB UART/Power. Via four Panasonic Industrial Grade 80-pin connectors on the backside, GTP Transceivers (PCIE Gen2 x4), Gigabit Ethernet, SD Card, other MIO ports, PL IOs and JTAG are exposed for your application Carrier board.
AX7015 Development Board takes this AC7015B SOM in a PCIE form, with extensive ports including: SFP, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB. Perfect to use standalone, or as a reference board to speed up your design work.
