AXKU15 is a Top End High Performance PCIE3.0 x16 Card with XCKU15P FPGA, 2x QSFP28, 2x HPC FMC, 2x MIPI, enabling high signal processing bandwidth, rich expandability. Ideal for packet processing and DSP-intensive functions, wireless MIMO, PON, and Nx100G.
The SOM model used is ACKU15.
