Description
ACKU15 is a TOP End Industrial Grade Xilinx XCKU15P FPGA SOM. Features 1143K Logic Cells, 5GB DDR4 RAM, 128MB QSPI Flash. 256 HP and 88 HD Voltage configurable IO, 24x GTY and 32x GTH Transceivers are provided via the 240 pin connectors. Great for packet processing and DSP-intensive functions, wireless MIMO, and Nx100G.
