AC7K325B is an Industrial Grade Xilinx XC7K325T FPGA module. Features 2GB DDR3 RAM, 128Mb QSPI Flash, 276 I/Os (of which 46 Pairs of Differential) and 16x GTX Transceivers up to 12.5Gb/s each, PCI Express 2.0 x8, Single 5V Power Source for all onboard voltages. Great for Wireless Communication, Video/VoIP, PCIe Acceleration, and Packet processing.
