Description
AC7021B is a versatile SOM with Cost-Optimized Industrial Grade Xilinx Zynq-7000 XC7Z020-2CLG484I SoC, equipped with 1GB DDR3 Memory, 8GB EMMC Flash, 256Mbit QSPI Flash, 2x Clock sources and USB UART/Power. Via four Panasonic Industrial Grade 80-pin connectors on the backside, Gigabit Ethernet, SD Card, other MIO ports, PL IOs and JTAG are exposed for your application Carrier board.
AX7021 Development Board takes the AC7021B SOM, with extensive ports including: 1x HDMI (output), 5x Gigabit Ethernet, and 4x USB. Perfect to use standalone, or as a reference board to speed up your design work.
