Description
AXKU15S combines the 1.14M-cell XCKU15P with 5 GB of 80-bit DDR4 and direct access to PCIe Gen3 x16, dual QSFP28 and dual FMC HPC. A dense platform for high-throughput PCIe, optical networking, data acquisition and multi-interface FPGA development.
The removable ACKU15S module separates the FPGA and memory subsystem from the carrier. 32 GTH plus 24 GTY transceivers, two SATA interfaces and two four-lane MIPI inputs support mixed storage, vision and communications designs on one board.
