Description
AXKU15-D combines the 1.14M-cell XCKU15P with two physically independent 5 GB DDR4 groups. Separate memory paths for deterministic traffic partitioning across PCIe, network and accelerator datapaths without sharing one external-memory bus.
PCIe Gen3 x16, dual QSFP28 and FMC HPC provide the principal high-bandwidth interfaces. 32 GTH and 24 GTY transceivers support host-attached acceleration, packet processing, storage and subsystem validation workloads.
