AXAU15 is a Mid range cost-optimized PCIE3.0 x4 Card with 16nm architecture XCAU15P FPGA, 1x HPC FMC, 12.5Gb/s GTH Transceivers, enabling exceptional performance/watt, rich expandability with the FMC and 2x 40-pin Expansion Ports. Ideal for machine vision, networking, 4K broadcast, and a range of Industrial IoT and edge markets.
The SOM model used is ACAU15.
