Description
ACKU040 is a High end Industrial Grade Xilinx XCKU040 FPGA SOM. Features 4GB DDR4 RAM, 256Mb QSPI Flash, Single 12V Power Source operation for all onboard voltages. 359 configurable I/Os and 20 GTH Transceivers are provided via the 6x 120/80 pin connectors. Great for Packet processing, DSP-intensive (medical imaging), 8K/4K Video.
