HEA13 is a flagship Heterogeneous Computing offering with XCVU13P FPGA, 4x 100G QSFP28, 2x FMC+, NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin / Thor T5000 module enabling high signal processing bandwidth, rich expandability. Ideal for LLM, Physical AI, Edge AI, Robotics, high-end ASIC/SoC prototyping and verification, radar/communication real-time signal processing.
