Description
ACKU3 is a High End Industrial Grade Xilinx XCKU3P FPGA SOM. Features 2GB DDR4 RAM, 64MB QSPI Flash, Single 12V Power Source. 179 Voltage configurable I/Os and 16x 28Gb/s GTY Transceivers are provided via the 240 pin connectors. Great for packet processing and DSP-intensive functions, wireless MIMO, and Nx100G.
