Description
ACAU25 is a top range Xilinx Artix UltraScale+ FPGA SOM, equipped with XCAU25P, 1GB DDR4 memory, QSPI Flash, Clock sources, and Power. Through Four 80-pin I/O connectors on the backside, 12x 16.3 Gb/s GTY Transceivers and 3.3V / 1.8V SelectIO are exposed, great for your Industrial applications.
