Description
ACVU13 is a top range Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ FPGA SOM, equipped with XCVU13P, 20GB DDR4 memory, 256MB QSPI Flash, Clock sources, and Power. Through 8x 240-pin I/O connectors on the backside, 76x 28.21 Gb/s GTY Transceivers and 377 HP I/O are exposed, great for your Industrial applications.
We have the following Carrier Board designed for this SOM:
- AXVU13G: 2x 200G QSFP-DD, 7x 100G QSFP28, 1x FMC+, 1x FMC
- HEA13: 4x 100G QSFP28, 2x FMC+, Nvidia Jetson Thor T5000 128GB Module
