Description
ACKU040 is a compact Industrial Grade Xilinx XCKU040 FPGA SOM. Features 4GB DDR4, 256Mb QSPI Flash, Single 12V Power Source. 99 HR IOs and 255 HP IOs and 20 GTH Transceivers are provided via the 120/80 pin connectors. Great for high-speed communications, data center acceleration, DSP-intensive (medical imaging), 8K/4K.
